Some great movies are available this week on DVD; especially for all you Trekkies. Admit it… you all love a bit of Star Trek.
Star Trek DVD
This version of the much loved sci-fi classic, features a young, new crew (sort of) who embark on the greatest space adventure of all time!
See the crew of the original Enterprise as you’ve never seen them before… as young adults/teenagers. James T Kirk, Spock, Bones, Sulu and the rest of the crew are back in another epic adventure.
A must watch DVD for any sci-fi adventure fans.
Moon
My second movie of the week is another Sci-Fi fantasy. Sam Bell has been alone on the moon for 3 very long years (with only a robot for company) and is desperate to return home to his wife and children.
The isolation is starting to take its toll and when a terrible accident leads to a disturbing discovery, this adds to his growing unease and paranoia.
Four Christmases
If you don’t love Sci-fi, Four Christmasses may be right up your street. Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon star in this Christmas comedy.
After their exotic Christmas vacation is abandoned due to fog; Kate and Brad attend four festive celebrations with the in-laws.

I watched the Star Trek DVD with my girlfriend and it was excellent. I haven’t followed many of the previous star trek films but really enjoyed this film. My girlfriend even enjoyed it and she doesn’t like this type of film at all.
