Get ready for the latest smash-hit Disney Channel movie – the Princess Protection Program. A wonderful family film from Walt Disney!
Rosalinda is about to become Queen when a ruthless dictator overthrows her and forces her to flee into the protection of the PPP (Princess Protection Program).
Rosilanda (Rosie) then has to hide out with new friend Carter; a tom-boy from rural Wisconsin. Rosie learns to become a normal teenager and Carter is taught how to find her inner princess!
Our Verdict on Princess Protection Program
I sat down to watch this with the family and was expecting another great DVD from Disney and that is exactly what I got.
A wonderful feel good family movie about two girls from different backgrounds who don’t get on at first – but (surprisingly) by the end of the film they are best friends. Sweet!
The DVD isn’t aimed at younger children, so my 2 1/2 year old did get bored after about 30 minutes but I’m sure older children will love it.
Overall I give the Princess Protection Program DVD 3/5 stars. Another great family movie from the Disney Channel.
